Its been a rather spectacular week, what with the Sticks & Stones Tour featuring Scroobius Pip, and the three nights of incredible performances that ensued.

SoapBox was lucky enough to have Olly Woodman design our amazing cartoon posters and offer his photography skills for the gig itself. The disk got posted through my door a couple of days ago and it gives me great pleasure to post one here. The rest will be on our Facebook page as an album HERE. Scroobius Pip SOLD OUT

Now off to get ready for a massive sell out show at Dragon Hall with the Sticks & Stones tour featuring our very special guest Scroobius Pip. So freakin excited for this, just guna be immense. Been so long since I have seen this talented poet perform solo spoken word set. Guna love it! As well as our brilliant line-up of local musicians Lucy Sampson, Lisa Ambrose and Freya Roy, alongside 4 killer poets and comedians, MC Andy Bennett, John Simpson Wedge, Russell J Turner and Rowan James.

Doors open 7.15pm, starting at 7.45pm.

No Ippy date this time folks!

Fraid to say that there won't be an Ippy date on the Sticks & Stones tour this month. But, never fear, if you live in Ipswich then your nearest venue is The John Peel Centre in Stowmarket. Ipswich folks can pop on a train and join us at there on Thursday. Its only £4.70 return and trains run back to Ipswich till nearly midnight. £5 entry for 3 incredible musicians and 4 funny & insightful poets. Good bar too xx
